Stay 's review
The front desk staff's (Chinese, long hair) attitude is very nice and polite.
When I checked in they already took more than 15 mins to check in 1 room. After that I ordered for only 1 ice bucket but after I waited for more than 30 mins it haven't come so I called back the room service but they told me they are closed and said will get back to us but they never call back me. The problem is when I called early they haven't closed and said will inform the colleague to send the ice bucket. It makes me so disappointed. And also the bed sheet is very dirty. The quality of the towel also very bad.

Good
We liked the Reception staff, friendly and helpful.
The croissants were not flaky, just ordinary. There was very little choice of Danish pastries, and only Strawberry Jam (so-called). It’s actually flavoured sugar. We did not enjoy the Buffet Dinner, and it was not good value. The breakfast was also overpriced.
